 Rubber machine - XJLZ250 ram rubber strainer  can strain various rubber and mixed plastic and rubber such as butadiene acrylonitrile rubber, chlotoprene tuber (neoprene) and silicon rubber. The filtering accuracy ranges between 20- 150 holes. The rubber has no rising in temperature and no scorch in the whole process of filtering.

Features of XJLZ250 Ram Rubber Filter

1. As a ram filter, XJLZ250 does not have heat-generating movement inside during the whole process of rubber filtering, thus can eliminate scorch and early sulfuration.

2. The machine can filter rubber compound of all hardness, such as bhe filtering accuracy can be made between 20 150 holes according to the requirement.

3.  The XJLZ250 ram filter has easy operation and high efficiency, with feeding volume of 40 kg. It is easy to feed rubber and takes little auxiliary time.

4. The extruding device, the main cylinder, is a compound cylinder, which can move fast forward and fast backward.

5.  The filtered rubber can be made into shapes like belt, column etc.
